In this module, there are six (3 + 3) levels. Each level is related to how you handle different types of customers on a daily basis and you need to make the correct choices to win points and make quick progress in the game. First, you will be introduced to four different types of customers, their background and behavior, then on the basis of that information you have to perform in all seven levels. Remember to read, understand and observe the activities and instructions carefully before you begin, as activities would be based on your observation of how PSE is approaching and interacting with the different types of customers and you will be marked accordingly. Each level is divided into two parts: Greeting and Situation Handling.
