A sphere is a round solid figure in which every point on its surface is equidistant from its center. The volume V of a sphere is four-thirds times pi times the radius cubed. The volume of a sphere is 2/3 of the volume of a cylinder with the same radius, and height being equal to the diameter of the sphere.
